This piece depicts a stellar constellation inspired from my characters the Hopies. These imaginative creatures are the representation of positive emotions and actions. The work is a combination of my belief in hope and love of space. It’s a spiritual piece and has a reference to my love of Taoism, as is represented through the Yin Yang acting as the eye of the make believe constellation of Hopeia.
